This page explains what information Simply Real AI collects, why, and how it's protected. We collect only what we need to run your sessions, and we never sell your information. Questions? Email hello@simplyrealai.com.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, the session you book, and your answers to booking questions.
- Intake form answers: for a Training & Process Review, information about your business, your goals and the tools you use.
- Feedback: anything you share in our feedback forms after a workshop.
- Emails: messages you send to us.
- Session recordings: private sessions only, and only with your permission. Group workshops are not recorded.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How we use your information
- To book, confirm and remind you about your sessions.
- To prepare for your session and create your action plan and materials.
- To reply to your emails and send follow-up information about your session.
- To improve our workshops based on feedback.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Use of AI tools
We may use AI tools, such as Claude, to review intake answers and help prepare your session materials. We use them only for your work, and we don't enter payment details or information you've asked us to keep out of AI tools. If you'd prefer that we not use AI tools with your information, tell us and we'll prepare your session without them.
Services that help us run bookings
We use trusted services to operate: Calendly (booking and reminders), Stripe (payments), Zoom (live sessions), our form and email providers, and Netlify (website hosting). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy, only as needed to provide its service.
Cookies
Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Booking and payment pages run by Calendly and Stripe may use their own cookies to work properly.
How long we keep it
- Recordings: deleted within 30 days.
- Everything else: kept only as long as needed to provide your sessions and to keep required business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@simplyrealai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
