These terms explain how bookings, payments, sessions and materials work with Simply Real AI. By booking a session or workshop, you agree to them. If you have a question, email hello@simplyrealai.com.

What we offer

• Training & Process Review: a private, 60-minute live session on Zoom focused on one real training or process problem in your business.
• Claude Essentials Workshop: a live, instructor-led small-group workshop on Zoom. The class size for each date is shown on the booking page.
• Free pilot workshops: occasional free sessions. The same terms apply, except for payment and refunds.

Booking and payment

All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the booking page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

• More than 48 hours before your session: you can cancel for a full refund, or move to another date at no cost.
• Less than 48 hours before your session: no refund, but you can move to another date once.
• If you don't attend without letting us know, the session is not refunded.
• If we need to cancel, you choose between a full refund or a new date.

Preparing for your Review

After booking a Review, you'll receive a short intake form. Please return it at least 48 hours before your session so we can prepare. If it isn't returned, the session still goes ahead, but we'll have less time to tailor it to you.

Recording

Group workshops are not recorded. Private sessions are recorded only with your permission. Recordings are used solely to provide your replay and session materials, are never shared or used publicly without your separate written consent, and are deleted within 30 days.

Confidentiality

Anything you share about your business, including processes, documents and client details, stays private. We don't share it or use it publicly without your permission. In group workshops, please don't share sensitive or confidential information, since other participants are present.

Who owns what

• You own the materials created specifically for you, such as your action plan, custom job aids and prompts written for your business, usually delivered as PDFs. You can use them freely in your business.
• Simply Real AI keeps ownership of its standard job aids, workshop materials, methods, frameworks and templates, including the layouts used to build your custom materials, even when they're shared with you during a session. You may use them within your own business, but not copy, resell, republish or use them to train others commercially.

Guidance, not guarantees

Our sessions are educational guidance. Results depend on how recommendations are applied, so we can't guarantee specific outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

AI tools such as Claude are provided by other companies under their own terms. Always review AI output before relying on it, and avoid entering sensitive personal or client information into AI tools unless you're sure it's allowed.

Workshop conduct

Please be respectful of the instructor and other participants. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, without a refund.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Simply Real AI's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the session involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you book applies to your booking.
